Registration and Enrollment

Checklist for registration:

• Camp Registration Form (1 per child)
• Enrollment Form (1 per child)
• Swim Permission/Sunscreen Form (1 per child)
• Emergency Treatment/Release Information Form (1 per child)
  • Emergency Form, Page 1
  • Emergency Form, Page 2
• Health Appraisal Form (1 per child) need not be present at registration, but is due by May 26.
• Payment (as described on Selection Form). If full summer tuition is $800 or more, half is due at registration and half by June 15. If full summer tuition is less than $800, tuition is due in full.
