Registration Information
	Before registering for any of Wilmington Montessori School's Extended Day or "School's Out" programs, please review our childcare policies.   If you have any questions regarding these programs or the registration process, please contact Cass Winner, Director of Extended Day & Camp Programs, at 302-475-0555 or cass_winner@wmsde.org.  Thank you for sharing your children with us!

	For WMS Families
	Please use the WMS Advance Childcare Registration Form to sign-up for childcare on days when classes are not being held at WMS. To register for After-School Enrichment Programs, click here to view program descriptions and use the accompanying links to sign up. To sign up for after-school care, please contact Cass Winner.

	For Brandywine School District Families
	To sign up for "School's Out" care, please fill out our Public School Advance Registration Form along with the following additional forms:    Emergency Contact and Medical Information: Please print and submit one form for each of your children. Forms should be given to Nurse Paige.    Family Information Form: All families need to complete this online form.  Health Form: Mandatory for new students and returning students whose appraisals are due for updating. Please note that the school nurse should be made aware of significant health concerns such as food allergies, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, etc. prior to the start of school. Please print and return to Nurse Paige.
