Co-Op Opportunities
	Like to plan ahead? Looking for a new and interesting co-op experience?   Attached are opportunities for co-op for the 10-11 school year – some are reoccurring activities, others center around coordinating important events at Wilmington Montessori School. This is a great way to really benefit Wilmington Montessori School. 	Administrative Support
	Student Portrait Day Help What:  Help in the Gym and Great Room with photographers.  Assist in getting students lined up and ready for pictures. When:  October 6, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Who:  Questions?  Contact Denise Knoff via email or phone at 302-475-0555. Sign up on the main co-op board across from the library. Saturday Front Desk Supervision 2010-2011   What:  Job Description: Front Desk Supervisors make sure the school is open on Saturday mornings from 9:00 am-1:00 pm. Although stationed at the front desk, they are aware of activities throughout the building. Front Desk Supervisors do not answer the phone, but may be asked to perform light office tasks such as collating admissions packets or putting address labels on envelopes. Please check at the front desk for a key and more detailed instruction. In the event of a last-minute schedule conflict, supervisors signed up for a specific date are responsible for finding their own substitute. 	Event Support
	Co-op Opportunity – Book Fair Chair  Finish your co-op commitment ASAP! This year’s Scholastic Book Fair is October 11-15, 2010.  What: Work with Advancement to manage and implement all the aspects of this event. Coordinate co-op needs, submit room set up requirements. Work with Book Fair Family Night Coordinator (Kathie Schroeder) for Family Night event.  Co-op Hours: Claim time spent preparing and executing this event.
