There are many opportunities to benefit Wilmington Montessori School in addition to the annual fund – these institutional gifts provide significant funds for long-term school projects and initiatives such as technology enhancement, our educational and camp scholarship program, the Golden Bead Fund (teacher professional development) and our facility.
One of our current institutional priorities is the Wilmington Montessori School Peace Park. A focal point for Wilmington Montessori School’s campus, the Peace Park has been a place for quiet reflection and joyful play for more than two decades. What is the Peace Park?

Wilmington Montessori School seeks to enhance this important feature of our campus. Plans currently include:
· New fencing for the park that enhances the area and meets National Playground Safety Institute recommendations.
· Improved seating and picnic furniture, crafted from sustainable resources.
· Enhanced plantings and landscaping.
